Phase 2
Session Catalog
Event Host needs a page to showcase the session catalog which shows the event agenda. This page is primarily used for exciting the visitors to register for the event. As each customer has a event website, this session catalog needs enough configurability to control the layout, formatting and content to align well with the overall event website.
We would need to create two templates [see sample screens attached] which will dictate the format, layout and content of the pages overall but there will be need to configure some of the formatting and content as defined in the various configuration stories.
As an event builder, I should be able to preview the widget outcome while configuring the widget so that I can see the impact of my changes to the setup before generating code
As an event Attendee, I should NOT need to authenticate when viewing a page with session catalog pulled from our system
As an event Attendee, I should be able to see Session Catalog page responsively between web and mobile browser across laptop, tablet and phone devices
As an event Attendee, I should be able to Search session based on keyword search across session title, code, Speaker name and track.
As an event Attendee, I should be able to apply filters based on one or multiple criteria and be able to clear the applied filters
As an event Attendee, I should be able to expand/collapse session details
As an event builder, the downloaded HTML code snippet should be generic and small without exposing any reference to our URI/API details and also
As an event builder, I should be able to download the HTML code snippet of the configured session catalog which can be placed in any other webpage to render catalog on that page
As an event builder, I should be able to overwrite the display properties of Header, Filter, Search and Body section of the catalog by modifying the properties of the classes in main CSS of my webpage
As an event builder, I should be able to configure subset of session to display on the Catalog by Attendee Types and Session Types
As an event builder, I should be able to define one session catalog per event today but the architecture should be capable of opening my ability to define multiple catalog within same event
As an event builder, I should be able to enable/disable visual indication and drill-down hyperlink for sessions which has more than one instance [reoccurring sessions]
As an event builder, I should be able to configure Date and Time format
As an event builder, I should be able to enable session Overview listing to show complete list of sessions across all dates
As an event builder, I should be able to enable one or multiple filters based on Session Type, Track, Tag, Speaker Name, Date and Level
As an event builder, I should be able to either blank out or configure the text label for 'Overview', 'Where', 'When', 'Tag', 'Track', 'Level', 'Session Type', 'Speaker'
As an event builder, I should be able to configure the fields to show for each session from code, description, location, Speaker [Name, picture, Title, Organization], Date and Time, Time Zone, Track, Level and Type
As an event builder, I should be able to select Template-Two for the session catalog which is based on Oracle [

]
As an event builder, I should be able to select Template-One for the session catalog which is based on Tableau [

Bookmark Sessions – Attendees need to be able to “bookmark” or “favorite” a session without pre-registering for it. Bookmarks should be indicated with a UI element on authenticated session listing or detail pages. A system administrator should be able to define which sessions or groups of sessions are eligible to be bookmarked.
As a planner, I need to be able to select predefined templates for launching a session catalog, with the selection of fields, The catalog can be one for event to start with but eventually support multiple templates.
The session catalog must have features like expand collapse, drill down on multiple instances and must be responsive to mobile and tablet screen sizes.
