Made me realise how well I was doing

She did give me a lot of information

Everything was really positive

Current Situation

I do something every day
Seeing my grandchildren
Making a meal for my family
I do have asthma
My chest is subject to chest infections
Others and seeing value for them
I thought comparing to some of my friends, i am much more active and I do a lot more things
There must be dozens and dozens of old folk out there....and maybe need a bit of help
