Alyx creates in SeaMonkey. Copies and pastes into Sumac. Tests all links / images and sends to donors. We cannot read who has opened it or how many people clicked which links.

MAJOR ISSUES: - ease of use (sumac) - having three systems together (sumac, canadahelps and spreadsheets) - tax receipts not sending end of year - thank you letters have to be manual - can't track opens / clicks so we don't know how engagement is
