        All articles will be promoted on Social media and on SEMC stuff and in game
    - - All EZL staff are Journalists so everyone will be writing articles
        
        After articles are written editors will read them and edit them
        
        If bad send back to journalist with notes and if good send to Editor In Chief to publish it
      - All articles will be written, read, edited and everything on EZL website. No more google docs.
      - Every staffer must also have Author role on the website
- - - - Match Timings can not be rescheduled before 24 hours of the match.
      - If a match is not rescheduled they will be set at a default time for teams
      - If a match was not confirmed by both sides we will be recording by default instead of streaming and possibly having a team be a no show.
      - If both sides have confirmed for either the default time or a rescheduled time then we will try and get it streamed.
      - No matter whether recorded or streamed, our goal is to have every match on our YouTube now for this season. Whether that is recorded by streamers, recorders, casters, anyone we MUST have videos posted on our YouTube. They dont have to be up immediately but by the end of the following week the recording should be given to casters to begin casting over them. If it was streamed then it needs to be uploaded as soon as posible.
      - OUR PRIORITY IS TO HAVE MATCHES RECORDED!!! If we can stream great but we must have them recorded.
      - No viewer giveaways till we get tier 2 unfortunately
      - A list must be kept of every streamer/caster/recorder for each match they did so we can use this in the future for our organizer reward payouts

      - Please note that you may have different focused responsibilities but you are all expected to help organize all tourneys. We are one team now not separate by regions.
        
        As a head u are responsible for your region to succeed BUT you should be using everyone to help you and other regions.

        They will be allowed to spectate and record
        
        Everyone need website account and get event manager role
        
        They will all get access to PR stuff so they can help manage our PR as 1 team.
        
        Promoting
        
        Must promote EVERY MATCH
        
        Before a match you promote a screenshot of our website showing the matchup
        
        Promote brackets every week
        
        Promote winners by showing the event and screenshots from VGPRO
        
        Show leaderboards weekly
        
        Promote the top team pages weekly
        
        Use the bot to post on the announcement channel as well
        
        Bot Promote access will also be given to everyone as well
        
        Must learn to use the website efficiently as all tourney related stuff will be happening there
        
        Create and maintain a list of every teams available times to try and play together. Using this list when teams are matched with each other we will help them get scheduled instead of waiitng on captains to do it. We will schedule it for them. No MORE HEADACHES!!!
        
        This list can be maintained in the bot and the bot can actually check and give u times where these teams can play once we create this function in the bot
        
        These people will be getting a lot of access to a lot of important things so if they are not mature or toxic or anything that can cause a problem that responsibility will be on the head.
        
        Pick your people wisely!!!!
