First Person: In this scene, it will look like you are in the head of Joe where you say everything he is seeing.
Struggling: While Joe is struggling to get his axes on the mountain, this scene makes the viewers nervous if Joe will be hurt or in danger.
Lighting: There is not much lighting since it makes the scene more intense and eerier, so it looks like something big or dangerous is going to happen.
Camera Angle: The camera goes on the same level as "Joe" so we can see everything that is going on.
Sound Effects: There are wind sound effects in the background so it can fit in with the snowy atmosphere.
Narration: While this is happening, in the background, you can here Joe explaining what is happening in the current scene.
Shouting: Joe shouts to make it clear to the audience that he is in danger and it makes the scene a lot more dramatic and intense.
Close Up Shot: When Simon is being interviewed, the producers made a closeup shot so people would focus on him and what he is saying.
Background: They used a plain background so all the focus is on Simon.
