bronch/o, bronchi/o = bronchial tube, bronchus
Bronchiectasis = A condition in which the lungs' airways become damaged, making it hard to clear mucus.
laryng/o = larynx, throat
Laryngotomy = Surgical incision into the larynx, typically to provide an air passage when breathing is obstructed.
