Altered frequency, both constipation and diarrhoea
Exacerbated by stress, menstruation

Management
Increase fibre intake in constipation and rescue in diarrhoea - if experience both, modify fibre intake in general.

Absence of abnormalities in digestion and absorption of nutrients, fluid or electrolytes.
