ANIMALS/WILDLIFE: Crickets, cockroaches, and especially worms are food for hamsters, rats, and more, which snakes find as snacks. Types of wildlife (including insects, animals, reptiles, and more) found in the Sahara Desert are Barbary Sheep, Oryx, Anubis Baboon, Spotted Hyena, Dama Gazelle, Jackal, Fennec Fox, Sand Fox, Ostriches, Secretary Birds, Nubian Bustards, plus more various raptors, Cobras, Chameleons, Skinks, and more various types of lizards. Where there is a sufficent water source (like maybe an oasis) there are crocodiles!
