We humans created the idea that cats and dogs despise each other and other classification type ideas because we love to categorize each other, that's only way we know how to coexist. These categories do nothing but only group and isolate us from each other and everything around us as well. But, who made these rules and this “table, according to what grid of identities, similitudes, analogies, have we become accustomed to sort out so many different and similar things”? However, it is possible not to categorize because this act, just like stereotyping, “requires that one allow oneself to be carried along by the proliferation of qualities and forms”. I also learned that “order” is “that which is given in things as their inner law, the hidden network that determines the way they confront one another, and that which has no existence except in the grid created by a glance, an examination, a language; and it is only in the blank spaces of this grid that order manifests itself in depth as though already there” (Jamiee Watson)
