When I enter the classroom, I will strive to support each students' diverse learner needs, and foster a relationship with each student. One way I will do this is through, having communication books where students can write or draw whatever they would like. The communication books can include questions, feelings, or beliefs, and I will respond to each students book. My hope is through doing this, I can demonstrate to students that I truly care about their wellbeing and I want to help them succeed.
Another way I plan to support students' diverse learner needs is through incorporating the 4 types of writing into my classroom so students will be able to express themselves in a variety of ways.
