You can call kids helpline if you're ever feeling down and you can even call them if its about little things
The Youth Center helps you with many different situations and experiences you have gone through
Sleep
Your heart rate slows down as will your blood pressure
when your sleeping your body will regenerate and get back all its energy ready for the next day
You go through around 5-6 sleep cycle a night
First aid
You have to get your cut above your heart
Put your head forward when you have a blood nose and not backwards
You must apply pressure to your wound

Hydation
When your mouth is dry it already means that its a sigh of dehydrated
You need 6-8 cups of water everyday even if your a child or adult
When you play sports you need to be hydrated to do that have a energy of water to make sure your energy stays strong

At the beach you should stay between the red and yellow flag for your own safety.Also check the depth before going in a Lake,River or dam.
If your caught in a rip then try to not stress out and try to float
Never swim alone especially if your a younger kid because it only takes 20 seconds for a baby or toddler that doesn't know how to swim,Always wear a life jacket when your on a boat.
You ha e to be 12 or older to be able to go on the roads of Australia
Always wear bright clothes so that the traffic will see you going past and wear right footwear.Make sure your tiers,brake and bell is all good.Always stay on the left side of the road.
Whenever your going on a bike ride wear a helmet and if you fall off the the bike get a new one because it not 100% safe as it was when you first bought it.

At the age of 60 you start to loose your senses such as hearing and vision.
At the age of 3,3 year old want to be just like their mums and dads.
Babies have to be fed every 2-3 hours.
