What are some animals that have been taken on boats to migrate and died in there new place?
Deer, pig, wasps, stoats and cats are some examples.
How many of the animals would they take on board the boats when they were sailing to new places

The first Chinese trip over water (1405-1407) involved 63 ships and 39,000 men. Which means around 619 people per boat.
Why did they take animals
Did they look after the animals on the boats?
They did feed them but the animals were normally kept in small places in the boat. Also they would easily develop dieseases and were starved if food was low.
How many animals would go on the boat?
2,3,4 or 5 sometimes they would bring hundreds if it were stoats or possums
