Use Lenny for NLP /Coaching. Dedicated time to work thru B plan & agree format- identify projects & flesh out more. Reflect on training & how we remain a strong cohesive LT . Start as we mean to go on approach. Spend 10 mins on structure of 1/4ly meetings. Be prepared & have info to understand/challenge KPU's. What we report back to ET. Greater discipline.
Didn't review 17/18 priority objectives @ last meeting, need to do this before we do the 18/19. As programme board we need to clarify status, highlighting risks & agree any mitigation actions for Q4. Customer Service Digital By Design Strategy - need to review as many actions moved on , completed or changed. How do we update action plans so I can work with others to do so?
Focus on 18/19plans to meet requirements of Board and Exec team
Foe the non business plan element we need to turn our terms of reference onto a living document with time tabled deliverables including the recurring items such as KPI's & risk reviews.
Id rather use Lenny's time to go through NLP & more coaching. If we can get that agreed & a date in the diary that would be good.
Better to use Lenny for NLP/Coaching. We need a structured agenda with clear outcomes, we can then map back from these to determine what we need to do during the meeting.
