Suggestion: Look into if we can collaborate with Swinburne Student Life Awards night - we could potentially merge the two events
Ella or Rod?? - Check with Deb if she wants to contact and initiate discussions or if we can go direct?
Suggestion: Space is a premium and number of students based on current eligibility is increasing. Options to:
- Explore a larger event space
- Limit invitation to those who have achieved 2 or more categories (THIS IS THE BEST RECOMMENDATION FROM CRISTINA'S EXPERIENCE)
- Limit invitation to those who have achieved only Emerging Leader status
People we invited for semester 2 2017 = 112 for certificates + 56 achieved emerging leader status + 11 Early Leaders (and 1 guest each) total invited = 179
Numbers who rsvp'd = 161 approx.

Suggestion: Use the one registration system for staff and students attending?? Message on the invitation is different for students and staff so thought might need to go into how to achieve this. Previously Eventbrite has been used.

Action: send invite to staff 3 weeks prior to ceremony. Template is on G drive. Invite list for previous ceremony in same location. Check with Deb and Glen who on the list should be invited, update new invitees.

Check this daily. We don't have a specific turnaround time, but good practice to get through every day. Blocking out time has worked well at the start of the day.

Action: Implement random checks of the supervisors in the logged evidence to make sure the students actually have undertaken what they say they have.

Have a look once in a while. Use for when emailing students so students aren't responding to your staff email.
Action: Add inbox to outlook through ITS. Request Julia to have set up through ITS to the emerging-leader inbox.
Once set up can we add filters. Has been tried with Deb as the owner, but has not succeeded.
