Networking is a broad process of enlisting the aid of other people to help you solve a problem or to offer insights that bear on your problem. 
Start with the people that you know and then you can further it by reaching out to your friend's friends.

Romantic Relationships
Some businesses believe that romance in the work place is a negative thing, and other's see it as a positive thing.
The negative side thinks that romance in the workplace is actually a detriment to the company. 
The positive side is that you are likely to be attracted to people you work with since you have similar things in common.

I would be seen as polite at work if I discarded Facebook grammar, use the appropriate medium for sending messages, as well as avoid touching expect in hand shakes.
