        Like, MLK,McIntosh says that there is systematic racism explicity which leads to the importance of this topic because it truly shows the immediacy of it.
        
        Its also interesting how taken into consideration the times these texts were written but they are still able to convey the same message. McIntosh is more recent while MLK is 1960s? I will have to double check on that.
        
        Another fundamental difference between them is their race of course. and that is interesting because its crazy how people on two sides of the equation can come to the same conclusion despite their differences.

        This is an example of just how unjust cultural systems are in our communities and country back then. It is a prime example as to how there is racial injustice
        
        taken into consideration that there would be nothing but justice for white Americans, These injustices at the time translate to the whole country.
        
        even in a well systematized department like the courts there is racial injustice. Even more so today.
        
        Important to not that these systematized injustices are not just brought up, they have been prevalent throughout American history.

        This quote demonstrates what I'm trying to prove in my essay because it explicitly states, from MLK, that there are white power structures that essentially kept the black American community oppressed because they DON'T want them to have equal rights.
        
        This can connect to his rhetorical situation because he is the leader of this whole civil rights movement, he is obligated to respond to the disrespect that the clergymen said in their letter
        
        Systematic racism is what essentially keeps white Americans in power and other races in oppression. Maybe relate it back to today, for example Donald Trump

        I mention how crazy it is how this systematic racism to go and how it's purpose is to make others feel uncomfortable.
        
        It's no shock but it's disappointing that our country fails a good majority of the united states. It failed King and his followers so they had to do protests.

        The way his paper is written is a response to the Alabama Clergymen because in that letter they sent him, they were basically saying that they should go through the courts and that they shouldn't be doing "demonstrations." They were basically opposing the whole idea of protesting
