Revascularization e.g. CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft) or PCI (Percutaneous coronary intervention)
For Acute angina - Glyceryl trinitrate sublingual spray 400-800micrograms (1-2 sprays), repeated as required (no more than 3 doses in 15 minutes)

Pathophysiology
Stenosis of >70% means there is an inability to adequately increase coronary blood flow with exercise.
