A : "Seek and Destroy." That's what a troop commander says to his soldiers to exterminate what's left. We as designers are polar opposites of what soldiers are. We fight too, but to create. Either that be an experience, or an object, or just pure meaning. We're warriors of our own kind, who have to always be on the lookout, to find out what's wrong with the world, and somehow try to fix that. We are 'Seek and Create' people.
