Adds a bunch of stress to your life.
People will notice your change in attitude.
School will seem unecessary to you.
It will make you lose hope in your goals in life.
Getting sick from staying awake so long.
Behind on your work.
Have to get back into the motion.
Might miss tests and quizzes or homework that will add up.
We spend more time with on our phone then spending time with family and friends.
We spend more time on our phones throughout the day then sleeping.
There are many more important things that we can do in life.
Get closer to God.
People have come to texting and driving which makes our roads unsafe.
