4. Promotion
Promotion needs to provide information, persuade customers or encourage customers to take action
3. Price
Price might be adjusted to the location and customer segment. Customer decides wether the price is worth it
5. People
Employees need to be trained, good in communication, attitude and skills are important
6. Process
Need to design a service that would satisfy customers & fast. Quality varies between employees and they should be trained.
7. Physical Environment
Need to design a physical environment that would please the customers. Think about the interior, design, furniture, uniform.
4 Categories of Services
1. People Processing
A service that relates to human body.
Example: hairdresser, and doctor
2. Possession Processing
Service that relates to taking care of customer's product. Example: Car wash, handbag cleaner
