Mycotic Aneurysm Of Carotid Artery ➡️ Blow out with Massive Haemorrhage
Treatment
Systemic Antibiotics
Horizontal incision at angle of Mandible
under genreal anaesthesia & Drainage
🛑 Transoral Drainage must not be done because of Risk Of Injury to Great Vessels
🛑 Preoperative Tracheostomy is Mandatory
