You become less dependent on the phone
You don't get distracted by the notifications on your phone
You sleep longer and don't stay up so late. Sleeping pattern improves
Studying is more effective when not distracted by phone
You learn more when focusing more on the important stuff
You exercise more

You get isolated from the rest of the world
You can get bored really easily because you dont have anything to do
You can't use different applications such as spotify to for example listen to music
You can't easily check important information from the net
You miss important events happening around the world
What would the week without a phone be like?
You would have more time for everything else when not using phones or laptops
It would be interesting but also boring and frustraing
You couldn't chat with your friends and you would miss out on many interesting stories
