How To Deal With A Nose Bleed
Sit down (Never lay down)
Pinch the squishy part of your nose
Slightly lean forward (never backwards)
hold tissue under nose (never hold on nose)
Check bloody tissue every 5 minutes to see if the bleeding has stopped
If the bleeding hasn't stopped after 30 minutes consult with a doctor or call an ambulance

Follow R.I.C.E (Rest - Ice - Compress - Elevate)
If the injury hasn't started to recover after 1 - 2 hours call an ambulance
Bandages
Bursted Arteries + Open Wounds
Put dressing over injury
Begin to wrap bandage around the wound. (When wrapping the wound bottom to the top. e.g. wrist to shoulder)
If the wound bleeds through the dressing and the bandage do not remove it, simply wrap it up again with more bandage.
