Directly aggressive message: confronts the other person in a way that attacks them or their potion.

Lose-Lose: where no one in the conflict is benefiting from this and everyone will end up losing something,
Compromise: not exactly a lose-lose but each party at least a little bit of something that they wanted.
Win-Lose: one person benefits and one person does not.

What fascinated me in this chapter was the learning about conflict and all the different ways the messages can be expressed.
I would like to find out more about how managing conflicts and politics really work,
What bothered me the most was reading about lose-lose situations because those are just frustrating in general so it triggered me a little just reading about it.
