How has the type of work we do changed over time?
Are people still working in the same talent segments and roles, or are there big changes in the profile?
What movement types are happening, when have they happened? do these change by talent segment or by organisation hierarchy?

what do our demographics look like in the movements into our area (assuming we are looking as a business manager), what percentage of women, what avg age are we hiring by talent seg - does this change if they are internal vs external hires?
