Muscular endurance The ability of a muscle group to undergo repeated contractions, avoiding fatigue The product of strength and speed Power = Strength x Speed Marathon running

Speed The time it takes to cover a distance or perform a movement Speed = Distance / Time 100m sprint

Dynamic strength The repeated contractions caused a limb to carry out repeated movement Marathon running
