Start Late Timer
- The business can activate a late timer 10 mins after the scheduled booking time this will only appear in the business side app, if the customer has not arrived 10 minutes after the booking. This is a countdown that runs for 5 minutes, to allow the customer to arrive a little bit later

What does Help do?
Help takes the business to the help page.

Business send to user an offer with a new time

If the customer at the time of the booking decides to upgrade their service, in which results in a higher service fee.

A notification is send to the user saying that the business has requested approval for Service Upgrade. Once the user opens their app they will see a pop-up requesting approval for an additional payment of “$?”.
