He is the prospect in the school and the football team So his season opener is a big event especially when he has experienced his dad dying at a young age.
The Central idea of this part is Charlie leading the team in Rushing in his Senior year and him having A son Don and his son also turning into a football player which pretty much turns into Dons life. But, Don also starts drinking and results him being a drunk just like his dad.
