Definition of PCM
Performance management is the continuous process of identifying, developing and measuring the employees’ performances and teams and aligning with the goals and the strategic objectives of the organisation.
It is definitely more than an annual performance review or appraisal. It is a process where managers and employees work together to plan, review work objectives and overall contribution to the organisation. It is usually more than once or twice a year.
