- 15-18m = begins to build with bricks, by 18m enjoys scribbling
Gross motor
- newborn = fixed posture
- 3-4 months = head control
- 4-6 months = rolls, sits with support
- 6-9 months = crawls, sits without support, pulls to stand
- 7-12 months = walks with hand held
- 12-15 months = cruises
- 15-18 months = walks independently
- 18-24 months = runs and jumps, walks up and down stairs holding rail
