Process of CPR
1) put one heel of your hand on the victim's chest
2) put the other hand on top of it
3) lock your elbows
4) put shoulders over the victim's chest
5) push down at least 2 inches & release pressure
giving pressure - contract the heart - push out blood
releasing pressure - expand the heart
100beats per minute
Before giving CPR
1) make sure the scene is safe
2) approach the victim & tap
3) tell someone to call 911
if nobody, do it yourself
operator will tell you what to do
