Recruitment procedure:
When recruiting from outside the organisation, the HR manager must know exactly who to recruit, where to recruit from & how the people should be recruited.
If a business recruits from inside, the HR manager must ensure that an efficient human resource record exist-Human Resources Information Systems(HRIS).
Recruitment from outside requires thorough analysis of the labour market (social or geographical area from which a business draws its employees)
Recruiting Methods
Recruitment through private employment/recruitment agencies: the use of HR consultants is especially suitable for smaller businesses for which the services of a full time HR manager cannot be justified

Recruitment through personal approach(head hunting):-An individual known personally to the management of a business or consulting firm is approached & offered a job.
