4 they decide to take the baby to the doctor and whole village follows, as the get into town the beggars even follow to see what drama will happen at the doctors. the doctor refuses to see the baby because they are poor and Kino hits the Walt and busts his knuckles.
5 juana chews uup seaweed for a poulice to put on coyotitos sting and its as good as anything that cost money juana prays to god and other older gods of her people for a great pearl to pay the doctor bill.
3 Juana wants the doctor to come and see the baby the towns people say the doctor will nit come he never comes. the comes the doctor is rich and fat and Spanish and lives in the city.
