oil comes from barrels that have been spilt into the rivers which go into lakes which lead into the ocean.
In the past there has been ships, shipping oil between the Country and oil has been spilt in the water. This could be killing Animals.

Plastic Bag.
Plastic Bags, they end up in the ocean, beaches and sea shores, they kill turtles and fish. Turtles eat jelly fish and when plastic bags float to the turtle they look like jellyfish and the turtle ends up getting stuck
