• In Italy, only some stores sell cigarettes, but they open at 9 am and close at 6 pm. This is the only market that exists at the moment.
• The customer demand is high: in Italy, around 15,000,000 millions of people smoke. Milan and Rome are the biggest cities in Italy.
• The only supplier is the government that sells cigarettes to the stores. The competitors are the stores around the cities.
• The market is big because a lot of people smoke. A packet of cigarette is composed of 20 cigarettes and for addicted people that is the right amount of the day.
• The potential customers are smokers, 18 years old and over, both genders. As a smoker, I know that if you are finishing your packet of cigarettes you have the need to buy another one because smoking is an addiction, it’s a drug.
