rise: initiating, experimenting, intensifying, integrating, bonding.

Qualitatively interpersonal comm.:when the two ppl treat each other as unique indv.
relational messages: make statements about how the parties feel.
contextually interpersonal comm.: all dyadic interaction.
immediacy: degree of interest and attraction we feel towards each other.
respect: the degree we hold to others and how we hold them in esteem
control: the amount of influence communicators seek.
Affinity: one dimensional communication

one thing i found cool was when we talked about about self-disclosure and the different dimensions it has
