Pedagogical activities can provide opportunities for students to research, analyse and assess issues of feeding the world's population.
Encourages students to undertake learning activities which critically analyse and evaluate various factors influencing decision making and behaviours associated with food access/ food insecurity.

Assists students to learn to become critical inquirers and problem solvers with regard to diversity, and social justice when discussing proposed solutions to food insecurity.
Places particular emphasis on proposed solutions to address global food insecurity rather than various health effects/repercussions of global food insecurity.
