Each promoters need statutory declaration that :
i)undischarged bankrupt
ii) not convicted any following offences
-promotion, formation, mgt, of corporation
-fraud or dishonestly punisable or conviction w imprisonment for 3mths or more
-under s132 (duty & liability), s132A (dealings w securitues), s303 (liability where proper account not kept), within period of 5 years
-not been imprisonment for period 5yrs
iii) he consent to ac as director
if he is undischarged bankrupt, he has to declare he has been granted leave by the court unser s125
