4. CBT
- Stamp on your ANT’s. (automatic negative thoughts.)
- What thought traps are you falling in to?
6. Amazing affirmations
- Choose thoughts & affirmations that your chimp will accept.
- Listen or say them as often as you can.
9. Leverage
- Are you in denial about the impact your negative thinking has had on your lives so far?
- Think about the impact &likely consequences your negative beliefs or worrying have had on your life so far.
- What is the one key area of your life you would like to change?
- What are the self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back?
- What has your belief system stopped you doing?
- List at least 5-10 ways that this has impacted your life negatively
10. Goals
- Create your 101 bucket list.
- What do you want to be, do or have?
- Remember to acquire new skills we need to go through the 4 stages of learning.
- Set your goals using the GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will)
- Remember SMART (Specific. Measurable, Achievable. Realistic \ Relevant &Timed.)
- Set your RAS daily to look for the positive stuff.

8. Mindfulness
- Mindfulness reduces anxiety & stress levels, improves sleep & concentration.
- You can practice mindfulness anywhere.
- Practising mindfulness helps you to be aware of your ANTs –the automatic negative thoughts from your chimp.
- Mindfulness slows you down long enough for you to smell the roses. To notice the fantastic world that you live in.
- Practice mindful breathing, walking, eating, listening & brushing.
12. LOA
- The ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on.
- Everything is universal energy. Energy follows thought.
What you focus on, you get more of.
- Needs to be backed up by action!
- Manifesting is all about feelings & emotions, not lists of goals.
- Ask for it, see yourself achieving it with as much feeling as you can, imagine as if it is already here & let it go to receive it.

14. Gratitude
- Fastest way to feel happier
- Keep a gratitude journal and practice gratitude in the moment.
- Write a list of what you are grateful every day.
- Focusing on the good stuff in your life is the fastest way to attract more good stuff.
15. Happiness Strategies
- Get around positive people.
- Read, watch and listen to positive stuff.
- Avoid the drains and mood hoovers.
- Stop comparing yourself to others.
- Aim to include an act of kindness in every day.
- Nurture your relationships.
- Find your flow. Search for meaning and know your bliss.
- Plan and prioritise.
13. Visualisation
- Visual Mental Rehearsal, - imagining events or objects in your mind’s eye in order to achieve the desired outcome.
- The brain does not know the difference between imagining something or doing it.
- Visualise as you go to sleep each night with as much positive emotion as you can.
2. How the brain works.
- Remember that your chimp wants you to stay in your comfort zone.
- Recognise when your chimp is in control. Name him!
- Your thoughts create your reality. Your subconscious can only do what you tell it to do.
