    - - Since there's an increment of diversity of consumers due to globalization, it will improve the efficiency of the decision-making, especially in the planning section, which would give them a brighter vision of their goals and how to plan better in the future ahead

        candidates due to ill informed and short sighted

        This creates an effective leaders which have a desire to achieve beyond expectations - their own as well as everyone else's
        
        With a creation of new effective leader, it will help improve the whole performance of one company as the leader him/herself is the nucleus of the whole team, so they do play a big role in it
        
        Continuously attempt to raise the performance bar
        and track progress
        
        With the non-stop updates of the progress, zero errors will be ensured and workers-employees will be able to deal with everything more smoothly, and they will be able to spend more time with their own family, unlike those unorganized company which would call the employees come back to the work because of some minor errors being forgotten to be dealt with during work.

        when combined with self-regulation
        
        This will thoughtfully be considering other's feelings along with additional factors when making decisions, which would increase reliance on teams, rapid rate of globalization, and war on talent.
