There is free competition between companies.
A product has different prices in different shops.
There is also diferent salaries for people.
All the companies belong to the state so there is not competition between them.
There is the same price for products of different shops.
All are civil servants of the state.

In Comunism people are all the same no rich and poor people.
In Capitalism society is divided into classes: rich people and poor people.
Examples
Although there are countries that says that are socialist, as Cuba and China, the only pure socialist contry is North Korea.
The best example of a capitalist country is United States.
Although there is a lot of corruption in Capitalism, there is even more in Socialism.
What about corruption?
In Capitalism there is a lot of corruption.
Advantages for people
In socialism, education, health, etc..., are public (peple doesn't have to pay for them).
In Capitalism, advantages for people, like education, health, etc..., are privatased (people have to pay for them).
How are they?
Socialism is always a dictaturship.
Capitalism is a democracy, but it also can be a dictaturship.
There is Stock Exchange (la Bolsa de Valores).
There is law of supply and demand ( ley de oferta y demanda).
Karl Marx wrote a book, Das Kapital, that criticisies the Capatilism.
There is international trade.
There isn't international trade.
