Method
-
- Heat 1 spoon oil in the pan and saute onion.
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric, and red chilli powder.
- add oats, mixed vegetables and 2 cups of hot water and mix well. Cook on low flame. Stir occasionally. If needed add little bit more water and cover until its nice and soft.
5.Serve hot.
