- Why does the elite lack empathy?
- Is it because they don't know firsthand the consequences of their actions?
- Is it because they are disconnected from the world in general?
- Is it because their own pain isolates them and perpetuates their conditions?
- Is it because the people that preserve power know they must keep their own class slaved to it's own conditions?
- Why do the people with power use it for control and corruption rather than global growth? Is it because global worth means the erosion of their own power?
- How come if they have more than enough, they strive to have more at the expense of others? Is it merely the lack of empathy? What drives or motivates them?
- What kind of worldview allows people to exploit others? Do they think they are correct in doing so? Does the moral and cognitive dissonance makes them ill? Is there an internal human/ psychic mechanism that acts in behalf of nature and humans, such as a conscience, which is the source of illness and symptoms for them?
