        Another example of sound is on page 17 when it said. "He did not move. Eyes shut, he waited, shivering. He heard Travis breathe loud in the room; he heard Travis shift his rifle, click the safety catch, and raise the weapon.
        There was a sound of thunder."
        
        The final example of sound is on page 11 when it divulges. "The rifles cracked again. Their sound was lost in shriek and lizard thunder."
        
        An example of sound is on page 4 when it says. "The Machine slowed; its scream fell to a murmur."

        This is an example of smell because going back that far in the past it must smell different it must smell maybe cleaner because there was no pollution from people there was not a lot of anything so it probably smelt different.
