Explanation

This is in regards to the both the force of gravity which pulls us directly down. Also there in the solidarity of the ground. There is the opposite reaction forces to both. This stuff is the basis of jin and harnesses forces and powers that do not rely on strength.


Explanation

This refers to the internal connections within the body. These could connect has to jin paths (gravity/ground etc). Or they connect us to our DT and or center of mass to (theoretically) add much greater power to our extremities. Other connections might be possible that need investigation.
