umm measure aur test different hote hain? i keep zoning out wtf.. also I do not understand the evidence for CAQ and most of RIB but I am recording it now so hopefully i'll fix this.

Validity and reliability
V: Does it really measure whats it supposed to measure? Not about how precise the measure is. Easier on physical objects and not psychological objects.
Face- does it look like its measuring what it claims to measure?
Convergent- how well correlated is it with other varibles??
Concurrent- how well does it measure with other well established methods
Predictive- does it have any predictive power outside the lab?

Equivalence- most creativity tests have alternate tests. Both tests kar ke bhi result same aye.
Temporal- how reliable test retest is- repetition se tou aap behtar perform tou nahin kar rahay?
