The difference between quoting, paraphrasing, and summarizing
When quoting, you are copying the author's words word by word and putting quotation marks around it and giving credit.
When paraphrasing, you take what author said and reword it with the same main idea. You Still have to give credit to the author.
When summarizing, You take an article and make a paragraph or two of the main ideas or key ideas in the article.
