Environment
Orgainizing
Increase of friction numbers required to slip into distracting activities
Use dedicated environment for entertainment and for work
Uninstall everything which get you distracted
Use different room for leisures
Clear browser history
Unsubscribe from everything distracted you on leisure devices
Keep leisure devices away from your workplace
Planing
Split big tasks into small ones, so nothing looks overwhelming and you can see daily progress
Move boring tasks for the evening
Prepare daily plan before you go for a sleep
One way how it could be organized - 2 blocks per 3 hours each with some time for a walk or other stuff. + Pomodoro

Sleep is a fuel for our thinking
30-60 mins sleep in the middle of a day it is ok, if required
7-8 hours of sleep is ok
coffeine 2-3 times a week
get up 9-10 o'clock
physical activity
3-5 break every hour - walk, stretch or bodyweight exercises
set up screen blocks on PC
Walk in the part in the middle of day - do not think about anything, relax

Get as much of your nutrition as possible from a variety of completely unprocessed foods. These include fruits and vegetables. But they also include meat, fish, poultry and eggs that haven’t been processed.
Watch sugar and salt
Watch total calories
Drink water or tea instead of caloried beverages (consider milk the same as alcohol)
