3.3 The Drivers
Within BiSL, the drivers are the underlying priciples that apply to each of the activity domain. The drivers are paired up in sets of two.
3.3.1 Need & Value
Need is a reflection of what the business must have and Value relates to the benefit that would result from having the information service.

3.5 The Perspectives
3.5.1 Business
The Business perspective is focused on the business processes and pieces of business in the enterprise.
3.5.2 Data
The Data perspective focuses on requirements for data and information as defined by the business of the enterprise, figured out by the Business perspective, and the quality of the data and information that's used by the enterprise.
3.5.3 Service
The Service perspective revolves around the axes of development or the gaining of new or improved information services, the quality of the services in use or the testing of the services.
3.5.4 Technology
The Technology perspective encloses technology innovation and new ways of delivering services. This makes the role of IT ever-more important.
