        • Subject directory is a search tool that classifies
        Web pages in an organized set of categories

        transmission of messages and files via a
        computer network.

        • Consist of simple text or can contain
        attachments, such as documents, graphics, or

        and a domain name that identifies a user so that
        he or she can receive Internet e-mail.
        • A username is a unique combination of
        characters, such as letters of the alphabet and/or
        numbers, that identifies a specific user.
        • In an Internet e-mail address, an @ symbol
        separates the user name from the domain name.
        • Example of email address:

        when one or more people are online and
        allows you to exchange messages or files or
        join a private chat room with those people.
        • Real time means users and the people with
        whom they are conversing being online at the
        same time

        communicate in real time.

        service and social network

        be anonymous or have to register with the
        forum and then subsequently log in in order
        to post messages.
        • On most forums, users do not have to log in to
        read existing messages.

        – Uploading is a process of transferring documents,
